Dalam comeback-nya kali ini, mereka merilis mini album terbaru bertajuk WINTER HEPTAGON.

Album tersebut hadir dengan total sembilan lagu yang memberikan nuansa baru yang lebih segar, tapi tetap mempertahankan ciri khas GOT7 yang penuh energi dan emosional.

Salah satu b-side track dalam mini album ini adalah "SMOOTH". Lagu tersebut jadi trek kedua dalam mini abum WINTER HEPTAGON.

Saat menjadi bintang tamu di MBC Radio FM pada Kamis (23/1/02025), diketahui bahwa "SMOOTH" aslinya dibuat sebagai lagu solo milik salah satu member GOT7, Jackson.
